College of Veterinary Medicine, Nursing and Allied Health/Biomedical Information Management Systems (BIMS) - Job Title: Business Information Specialist - May 1999 - Present:  Data entry into an on-line database management systems including: Business information System for budget/grant management, Inventory management, Administrative Information Systems, Educational and Research data management systems, Maintain an accurate and timely record of office related communication, Accurate filing of all office records and transaction, Day-today office activities (copying, telephone answering and other related office responsibilities), Coordinate all office activities, Assist BIMS staff in all assigned areas, Perform duties as assigned by the Director of BIMS.

College of Veterinary Medicine, Nursing & Allied Health/Pathobiology (USDA/FSIS) - Job Title: Technical Assistant - April, 1998 – March, 1999:  Day-to-day management of data generated by a national needs assessment survey, Conversing satisfactory with government agencies at the federal, state and local levels, Responsible for principals in academic and private organizations on matters related to animal production food safety, and the Final Rule, Pathogen Reduction: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Systems, Assist the principal investigators in developing and planning train-the-trainer sessions, Maintain a flow chart of survey activities being performed by county extension agents in all four regions of the county, Prepare and enter data generated from survey in database for analysis, Assist in monthly and final report preparation.

Division of Research and Sponsored Programs - Job Title: Technical Assistant - December 1996 – April 1998:  Assist Associate Provost and Associate Director with overall management of the Office of Sponsored Programs and the Research Centers in Minority Institutions (RCMI) Program.  Coordinate and maintain effective office procedures and efficient workflow.  Maintain Grants Manager Database (electronic filing system) for all projects managed by the OSP including the Research Centers in Minority Institutions Program.  Maintain current files of proposals, applications, projects, reports, etc.  Schedule appointments, maintain calendar, arrange business itineraries, and coordinate travel arrangements for associate director and other professional and technical staff.   Assist in the coordination of all funding agency site-visits, on or off campus.  Prepare and submit monthly payrolls for division personnel; maintain records of vacation, sick and sabbatical leaves for employees, Etc.  Type correspondence, requisitions, check requests and institutional vouchers as needed.  Answer and screen telephone calls.  Sort and distribute incoming mail.   Maintained office files.  Order and stored office supplies.

Tuskegee University Campus Safety and Security - Job Title: Public Safety Officer - August /1993 - December/1996:  Patrol of the campus, Issuing of traffic citations, checking building/ dormitory/ office areas for security violation, securing campus properties and Investigation Incidents.

Tuskegee University Job Corps Center - Job Title: Secretary - October/1990 - August/1993:  Coordinate and maintain effective office procedures and efficient work flow, schedule appointments and maintain calendar for the Manager of Residential Living, Receive and assist visitors and telephone callers and other office flow procedure, etc.

Residence Life and Development - Job Title: Secretary/Computer Data Entry Clerk - April/1990 - October/1990:  Coordinate and maintain effective office procedures and efficient work flow, Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for the Director of Residence Life, Receive and assist visitors and telephone callers and refer them to the appropriate person(s) as circumstances warrant, Arrange business itineraries, annotate incoming mail and documents, Compose correspondence and reports for the Director of Residence Life’s signature, Maintain filing and other office flow procedures, Make arrangements for and coordinate conference and staff meetings, etc.
